Dear all,
Could anyone suggest me, where I can purchase Ziegler-Natta catalyst (2nd or 3rd generation, MgCl2 supported TiCl4) for polymerization of propylene? I have tried in Sigma Aldrich (Merck) and TCI, but they are not supplying it. My requirement is 5-10 g.

Dear Jousheed Pk, years ago when I was going my post-graduate study, I prepared a term paper on the 4th génération of ZN catalysts known as single site ZN catalysts. Generally and because of their instability mainly to water (humidity) they are prepared at the lab and freshly used. So, for this reason I think it is more convinient to look for lab procedures to prepare them. My Regards

On the other hand, I suppose you may ask the companies, who produce generally catalysts for various processes or are qualified in Ziegler Natta catalysts, e.g. Toho-Titanium, Johnson-Matthey as well as just check it on the alibaba, but there might be a risk to purchase non-active or contaminated catalyst.
