what could be the final form of the equation how it looks like when saturable and reverse saturable absorption present in the sample at lower and higher intensities,I mean combining total absorption contribution and using it in normalised transmittance equation ?

I have some questions regarding z-scan, while fitting open aperture data how can we get conformation that we are on a right track while calculating saturation intensity Is is it less then peak intensity or approximately same as peak intensity
Last thing can we vary zo calculated value to some extend in case our fitting curve is not good...

I think you can vary Zo to fit the data provided you know the error in your beam waist .
Not exactly i know but still some measurement error is always there...what about saturation intensity how it vary with peak power.
I don't know much about the variation of saturation intensity with input intensity. It would be better if you make Z0 also a variable in the fitting and do the back calculation to determine the beam waist. After that you can see the difference between the two measured values of beam waist. Hope this helps..
