Those top ranking universities never maintain the same standards for those courses compared to their regular courses. For example, technical, social, economic, natural, artistic, humanistic, etc. studies have a slightly different specificity. This differentiation may also determine differences in the formal and legal status and the type of funding sources of universities, including the possibility of independent generation of finance based on cooperation concluded by universities with companies and institutions operating commercially or operating as public, non-governmental institutions. Some types of study programs and scientific disciplines, conducted research at universities, have greater opportunities to establish spin-offs, startups and companies that, for example, help in the commercial implementation of inventions and innovations created during research carried out at universities. In this way, the university can independently generate part of the income allocated to financing further research. Another issue that differentiates in the context of the possible, optimal scope of commercialization of the university's activity is whether the university has the status of a vocational university or a university that is also a research and development center.

I think question should even be can such Universities employ lecturers with such degree? Definitely not. How many countries accept such certificates as being evidence of meeting the minimum requisite of having a University degree? In my country it's even illegal to attend such online schools.
