looking at some of the PDF files with Nice and Advanced Graphics I was wondering what TEX file editing tools were possibly used for preparation of those smart PDFs?
Can you possibly Share with fellow researchers YOUR Favorite TEX file editing tool (name and ideally URL to its source package) and give us some Practical Tips regarding Graphics preparation tools and methods that could be used with TEX files.
Open Source products and solutions are Always Preferred Choice!

I don’t know which would be best for your work. ---- https://beebom.com/best-latex-editors/ —— Regarding an app to prepare graphics for a TEX file I suggest looking at; https://mathpix.com/ —— For personal and education use its free. —— The best open source image processing/graphics app that is open source and offers the addition of extensions and plug-ins developed by a global network of users is Image J. Its an application you can download. A separate link is downloads the desired extensions and plug-ins.

In addition there's some op-line apps that can be used to prepare graphics - The one I know of (but have not used) is Adobe Express.
