X'pert HighScore Plus Software issue?

I have installed X'pert HighScore Plus recently and was working fine. But since last weak, when I try to open any .xrdml file it is showing as below.

"intensities scaled down to 0(cts)! For more information please have a look at process log"

Please suggest me to sort out this issue.
