I personally use Mobills app for android. It is a very easy interface and quick too use with the most relevant options readily available.

you might also use trello, which is good but it doesn't contain finance, budget tracking feature.

@ Ehab Salem ~ in Trello, budget is not related to money but time only and overall it is not about day to day management but project to project based approach.
Please note that looking for a tool which could management both time (tasks/colander) and money (finance) management.
I use Active Sync for Microsoft Exchange and I am really happy with it. Nonetheless, it's a commercial solution and, thus, not free of charge.
For time and task management I have used GanttProject - it is free, open source project management software. I found it relatively easy to use and it had all the capabilities I needed for time/task management. I have not used it for budget/finance.
It seems there is no single tool to accomplish task/time and budget aspects of life management.
With recent search, following two tools seems to be very popular with top feedback at android market.
