First Crime Report Title: Wells Fargo's Teller Machine is acting as thief on behave of Wells Fargo Bank
Saturday, December 09, 2023: Beware of Wells Fargo's Teller Machine, which is a theft of $1800.00 – 10-day investigation (Do you believe it?) I went to the Teller Machine to deposit the money and wrote several checks to avoid insufficient funds.
Who's Involved: Wells Fargo's Teller Machine @ Eastridge Branch & Two Bankers: Pet (K015132344) and Mark (1019921)
On Thursday and Friday, I wrote a few checks and planned to deposit money into my bank account at Wells Fargo. I arrived at the Teller Machine - Drive-through at 3:40 p.m. Saturday, December 09, 2023, and Deposited $1800.00 -- The Teller Machine counted up to $1600 and stopped and indicated to me if you want to continue or return your card, the printout note -- "We have credited $0.01 to your account as a placeholder while your deposit is being reviewed."
Thank you for banking with Wells Fargo. For questions., call (Phone numbers)
I. called -- The first banker was Pet (Her ID Number is K015132344)
We had a long discussion about solving the problem, and she told me that she would submit a claim, and the investigation of this claim is ten days. I told her that I wrote a lot of checks and there needed to be more money in my account. I told her that I had filled out a lot of claims before, and nothing happened. I said I am not convinced with what you are saying to me. She said -- this bank rules, and there is no other way. Ahhhhhh, I want to scream -- She told me -- Let me connect you with a higher rank in the bank. I told her -- Fine, and I know if you accept to talk to a higher position in the bank, you will get a sweet talker with complicated rules. -- A minute later, I heard the name Mark (ID number (1019921)), and he said the same thing she did but in a lovely and charming way. He gave me a claim number and said not to give it to anyone. End of the conversation, I started screaming like crazy, and people looked at me as a crazy person. (Time is approaching 5:00 p.m.) -- my next stop is picking up my medicine from Walgreens at Quimby and White, San Jose, and a trip to Hell. I will share with you the ugly and repeated story of picking up my medicines.
