CR is supposed to bone to bone relationship rather than centric occlusion which is teeth to teeth relationship....
my questions..... if i have an edentulous patient and fabricated 2 dentures for him , one with a correct CR and one with incorrect CR. Would there be changes in CBCT or radiology of the patient while wearing the 2 dentures?
First and foremost , in a complete denture we consider Centric relation and centric occlusion at a same point . now answering you're question , it depends on the amount the change in the wrong centric relation, if it is less , then due to real ef- effect , you may not see the change , but if its is very much , then you may find slight position change isn condyles

I am trying to find a formula of the fixed bone to bone relationship in the centric relation so that i can used during digital work flow of full mouth rehabilitation
Centric relation is a very controversial topic and CR what we record is not very sure that it is correct bony relationship as we are guiding the jaw but not seeing it radiographically.
In oral cavity with two different dentures we may find different CR but it should be evaluated radiographically.
If the denture is incorrectly constructed, then it may lead to premature contacts or incorrect vertical dimension. This can affect the measurements in the CBCT or cephalogram if it recorded with the faulty denture. The following reference may be useful
