Would there be changes in CBCT or cephlometric view if Centric relationship is not registered correctly in denture patient?

CR is supposed to bone to bone relationship rather than centric occlusion which is teeth to teeth relationship.... my questions..... if i have an edentulous patient and fabricated 2 dentures...
