Would supplementing with selenomethionine upregulate prostaglandin D2 sythase expression?

Upregulating PGD2 synthase decreases transformation of astrocytoma II to III, and I am curious if selenoproteins would block the transformation by upregulating PGD2 and/or PGD2 synthase.
