Sorry, I cannot think how this could be done.  If you cannot withdraw a sample, you have nothing to analyze.  If you installed a water quality sonde into a well, you could get some readings, but even though a sample is not pulled up, the sonde is sampling the water it is in contact with.

Exactly ( as answered above), it  impossible to determine the chemical properties of infiltrated water that too  without withdrawing the sample.

   As for some parameters like; Ca , Total hardness, carbonate, Bicarbonate, Cl, F, PO4-, SiO2, NO3 we required a specific amount of sample water to analysed it.
