I am currently searching for research papers, working papers, conference articles that focus on the relationship between worksite health programs and job satisfaction/productivity/absenteeism.

In fact it is better to do "Explanation" through Delphi or ELECTRE methods to find relevant relationship. However you can find some attached links as I hope they will be helpful.

Isabelle, you may want to have a look at the WorkHealth program and evaluation in Victoria, Australia. ISCRR has some good evaluation even though I don't agree with it.
