Scientific journals with a high impact factor and very quick publication of papers are often appealing to young researcher who are hurrying to publish their results as soon as possible.
First of all, the double-blind peer review process for a reputable journal could take as long as 2 years. There will also likely be revisions requested from reviewers. There are lists that include reputable journals you can review in order to avoid predatory journals that usually ask for a fee. For my discipline there is Cabells journal list and the Australian Business Dean's Council list. Generally, if you are asked for a fee then it may not be a reputable journal, but not always the case.
