I have a motor with the three winding are free to connect U1-U2 ,V1-V2,W1-W2 and i can't tell which lead follow the marking ,
so what will happen if
Star connection : take U1,V1,W2 as a star
Delta connection : take U1 with V1 and V2 with W2 and W1 with U2 as per drawing
will it affect motor rotation ,power ,phase or what the effect this wiring will cause
Any replacement of the end and beginning of the windings is equivalent to changing the phases of the network. This means a change in the direction of rotation. Choose the correct connection: a star or a triangle and then changing the start and end of the windings, select the direction of rotation.
Though polarity is important to get the shown direction of rotation, for your motor to get needed direction, in star connection U1,V1&W1 should be connected to L1,L2&L3 respectively and U2V2W2 shorted, in delta to get the shown direction W2U1, U2V1& V2W1 be connected and then L1,L2&L3.
Is winding ends are not readable, you could formed star or delta formation with any end of winding(finding continuity), but the rotation would not sure. If is not correct you could inter changed any two line to get needed direction of rotation.

do you have connection leads at junction box of motor?
or you have just rewound motor and coil connections to be taken out to junction box.
In case of leads available at junction box, we can run the motor in STAR by horizontal shorting three terminals either upper or lower of junction box.
for DELTA connections vertical shorting of terminals.
In case of just rewound motor, middle winding connections need to be reversed to achieve phase displacement of 120 deg. [ the termination to be reversed for middle winding.]
