I am currently working on an In silicon designing of web resource related to Covid-19 named "CoronaVIR". It has collected and compiled information related to COVID-19 from literature and the Internet.
It is an integrated multi-omics repository dedicated to current genomic, proteomic and therapeutic knowledge about coronaviruses particularly the recent 2019-nCoV.
It provides the option for the development of immunotherapies, potential vaccine candidate, drug designing and also primers designing. Any suggestion is welcome and appreciated. CoronaVIR can be accessed at :
