I have toluene solution of a monomer. If i heat the toluene above it's boiling point in an auto-clave, will there be some monomers molecules too in the vapor phase? Actually I need these monomer molecules in vapor phase for surface reaction on a solid (covered with the other monomer). Thanks

Depending on the monomer, there will generally be some of it in the vapor phase even before you reach the boiling point of pure toluene. If the pure monomer volatility is reasonably close to that of toluene, you will have both in the vapor phase. There will always be some monomer in the vapor, with the amount generally decreasing as the pure monomer becomes more refractory.
