It's from R&D, as the instrument says it is highly hydrophibic and needs to be dissolved in acid buffer, otherwise it will attached to tube surface. However I check the instrument for the same protein from Peprotech, it just said to be dissolved in PBS, so it is a very series issue or not to influence protein's remaining amount and activity? Is anybody having relevant experience? Thanks.
