I have designed a simple wilkinson divider with equal arm and 100 ohm resistor. It should be 0 degree phase shift in between out put ports. But It shows 180 degree phase shift in HFSS. Do you have any idea why it shows 180 degree phase shift in between two output ports ?
Do you have your ports opposite ways up (opposite polarity)? Look at how the fields line up through the device - some layouts are symmetrical, some anti-symmetrical.
Are you sure you are looking the correct phase? Assume that the input port is 1, outputs are 2 and 3. If you look the phase(S23), you will see 180. You need to look difference [phase(S21)-phase(31)]

I made a mistake to assign a 100ohm resistor in between two output ports. It was a bit overlapped over the out put transmission lines ( striplines). Now i have placed a resistor just in between two output lines and it shows 0 degree phase shift.

It takes two lamda/4 line to reach from port-2 to port-3 so total phase is 90*2=180, but when you measure it with respect to port-1, its 90-90=0. You should measure phase as S21-S31.
