I prepare TiO2 compact layer with spin coating on to the FTO surface then , I prepare TiO2 nano fibers with electrospinning technique but after calcination at 500c 2h, fibers disconnects from the surface, how İ can solve this problem? ( I heat the furnace gradually to 5c/min)

Your problem stems from the fact that electrospinning requires some Ti(OH)4 hydroxyl groups to remain after electrospinning. Control them with the IR spectrum. Annealing also needs to be done with care. It is possible at a lower temperature and increase it more slowly. Then the hydroxyl groups attached to the titanium will help form a covalent bond with the substrate and the fibers will not bounce.
Kübra Erdogar as mentioned by Professor Yuri Mirgorod you can create a new segment in your furnace for 80 oC to 110 oC for 30 min stabilization ramp.
Yuri Mirgorod thank you professor for your answer, i need 500C to obtain TiO2 crystal phase rutile, i use TTIP in my solution, but i will heat the furnace more slowly 1C/min.
