Why there is hDensity data in tecplot (but I didn't add it in plot file of sentaurus Device) ?

I cann't figure out which part controled the plot data in sentaurus Device.

1. I didn't add eDensity and hDensity in plot file.

2. Before I run the project, I have the project cleaned up.

3. When it run successfully, the eDensity and hDensity still appeared in tecplot data?

What happend? Could anyone help me?

I think some data such as eDensity or hdensity are in default dataset i.e. even if it is not mentioned in sdevice deck, but after simulation it will be in tdr file. I have also faced the same issue.
