We have done a bibliography over 150 solvents, and we found that there is an exception of the propiophenone.
The viscosity-temperature dependence of the propiophenone is very low unlike other solvents.

I see that the dynamic viscosity varies with temperature with the slowest manner when we compare with other solvents, i.e. the viscosity activation energy has the smaller value (i.e. feeble value).
It's hard to explain why one molecule of propiophenone necessitates a feeble activation energy to pass from one layer to the adjacent one in the shear phenomenon, i.e. the transition is more easy than other molecules?

I believe it is due to the tautomeric equilibrium exist in propiophenone and Not in the other compounds (Enol Keto).

I think that depended on the size of molecules of it , in fact, the increased temperature will cause the raised in volume and the the moving of molecules, hence, leads to decrease the density and viscosity.... the large molecules are slow moving so the expansion of it's solution is low... and the change in viscosity is slow also.
Changes in viscosity with respect to temperature change depend on the amount of intermolecular energy change with temperature. The higher the intermolecular forces, leads to the slower the molecular movements (the more molecules stick together to slip).
