I read several papers where regenerate plantlets from hygromycin-resistant calli and then assessed the glyphosate resistance in T0 and T1 plants. Why the glyphosate selection is not use directly on resistant-callus?
Does someone help me understand it?

I would further, glyphosate application is likelihood of reducing the soil microbial diversity as well soil microbial load in the long run, thereby, cutting down the productivity potential of such treated soils. Better guard off against such use of glyphosate..
Glyphosate Mixed within different chemicals makes more dangerous for any life forms and there habitat
