Why the band of my RNA electrophoresis all crowd in the upper ?

The tissue was from the rat colon, using RNA mini kit to extract, the gel is fresh, the ladder is 1kb DNA ladder, how can I fix the problem,

the band were all on the upper ?

Hope you can help me, thank you very much (Sorry, my English is not well )

Those bands are probably DNA, not RNA. May be you need to recheck your protocol..
