Cybersecurity is not just about a computer system but securing an organisation's infrastructure . As such you need the technical team to coordinate with the stakeholders and users to get security done. This is a complex task that needs teamwork to coordinate the different aspects of the security process (remember security is not a device, it is a process).
team work is key in having comprehensive cyber security, i.e all members in an organization from gutter most to the top most. This ensures that there is equal application of policies across the org. Each team member takes computing assests and data on them as theirs. Also, combination of skill set bundles up.

To implement any project, whether it is under cybersecurity domain or not, you need to pass five phases:
The first pjase is the project analysis
The second phase is the project design.
The third phase is the project implementation.
The fourth phase is the project testing and finally the is the project maintenance which we may need it in the event that there is a defect in the implementation phase.
Each of these five stages is separate science from the other, therefore the teamwork in needed either in cybersecurity or in other domains.
