I have prepared a blend of PP/SEBS and SEBS-g-MA. However, the storage modulus of blends increased at a lower temperature compared to pristine PP?
Organic acids RCOOH acts as nucleating agents for PP increasing the Modulus values, also SEBS-g-MA have severral open MA units to acids -COOH acting as nucleating agent for blended PP vs. pristine PP that is not nucleated.
