Why OCP is differnet when test the same BFC with fruits and animals?

I developed a BFC (GOD anode and BOD cathode), tested it with apple and mouse's blood, the OCP with apple was 0.62V, but the OCP with mouse's blood was only 0.5V, I thought the OCP should be same in both case, could anyone can tell me what happened, thanks

What are BFC, GOD, BOD, and OCP? Please clarify them.

Please repeat your test as; GOD cathode and BOD anode and inform us from your results.
