Though i have publications , I still could not see my RG score. What might be the reason for it . I am new in research gate .Could anyone face same before .What is the reason behind it and how it will be corrected?

I also want to know why my SG score is disappeared? the same question is encountered as Vinod Kumar Singh . I have searched much time about this but have no idea what happened. My SG score is also visible in others' account, is anyone who can tell me how can I make my SG score visible in my account?
I think researchgate is starting to remove the RG score and it replaced by research interest:
Stats and scores are being improved
We’re retiring the RG score in order to concentrate on providing you with a more comprehensive and intuitive experience, with metrics that focus on your research.

but why some others can view our SG scores, but we can't?? it is a little bit weird @ Abarda Abdallah
