Hi Expert,

I want to evaluate my binding affinity between protein and small ligand, I used 5 micromolar protein but the ligand conc is 2mM, even when i used 1 mM conc its never going to be saturated, the peaks are so broad although I increase the injection time/ delay in between the injection 5 mints ?
