My target is conducting and i got conducting thin film of different PLD machine. Now when I used in our system, deposited thin film not showing conductivity. What important parameter should i account while using PLD ?
Have you checked the possible crack propagation in the thin film after deposition? Cracks can critical limit the electrical conductivity.
A suggestion based on Morteza's answer:
just check your temperature regime.
@ Morteza . I don't know the role of cracks in thin film. I will read it.
@ vizdrik. About temperature I follow the reported on literature. I have tried range of temperature.

@Karthik, I measure comductivity by simple multimeter first, If resistance is in range then i go for four prob method.
Yes Orientation is importent point to be considered, right not i do not have facility to preciseky measure it. But I will look it out.
Oxygen vacancies are one of the most important factor to decide conductivity of these metal oxides. Try to grow under different conditions such as in vacuum and under different partial oxygen pressure. Please see my attached paper.
