Green Concept has been given such a priority everywhere around the world, but instead of all this, why most project are unable to take Green certificate and what is our responsibility?
I think more awareness programs are required to be given to all concerned parties (in the construction field) and they should be focused on the practical means by which one can obtain the Green certificate based on used local materials ( as an example). Also, I suggest that it should be made mandatory that training courses be given to engineers with regard to Green Concept before they join the engineering syndicate.
Meanwhile i think the most effective way to take up this deeds to world is we should make some ground rules for instant while planning a building suppose a residential building, there must be some rules that must be followed in term of sustainable development, energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, orientation and innovative design. Every countries government should make these things mandatory and while approving any planning this points must be implemented so that we don't have to take more third party assistance ship. There must be counseling bodies formed by every government to make people aware about this fact and there also must be some sample which can be refereed by users about its implementation. I think if this applies then even financially challenged people's dream to be in green house would not be dream enough. There also must be rewards for innovation in design and construction.
I think same can be applicable anywhere for anything, this is a precise and most effective way to implement this technique
