I want to analyze 48 germplasm through ISSR marker. After documentation, it produced 102 loci and make a binary data matrics for analysis through Popgen32 software. Data input is ok but when I am trying to analyze it shown out of memory. I check all issues and also removed the blank space but did not understand why it is shown out of memory?
You are receiving this message due to desktop heap limitation. I remember, two years ago I was also facing same issue. Put your data or input files in a drive (or may be in C or others), I just can't remember clearly. But you can try with all possible options.

Make the input file in Genelyx format and convert it into popgene format in the file transfer option of the Genelyx. After this you do normal analysis in popgene. Or u can do the whole analysis in Genelyx as it is more user friendly.
