I have isolated brown spot pathogen from rice leaf in potato Dextrose Agar Medium. But I am not getting any sporulation. Can any one help me?

Grow the fungus on the PDA plates. Once full grown scrap the vegetative mycelium with sterile scalple blade and put it in incubator on alternate light and dark condition. check at regular intervals for sporulation. It will sporulate. I had isolated as many as 100s of single spore isolates of brown spots and was able to sporulate.
I read that Bipolaris orizae has slow growth in PDA. maybe you can try another media.

some fungi need physical or chemical stress to go sporlation stage, i recommend you to put ur petri-dishes under long wave UV light or add very few amount of fungicides to make stress in your fungal isolate
