Why is the open circuit voltage of the newly assembled LiFePO4/ Li-metal battery 3.4V?

Recently, the laboratory purchased a batch of new LiFePO4. Why is the open-circuit voltage of the newly assembled LFP/ lithium metal battery 3.4V?

I used an old batch of LFP before, and the voltage after assembly was about 3.0V. Why this change?

The electrolyte is PEO-LiTFSI
