The HTA approach is adopted by decision makers for assessing drug, medical device, treatments, but also immaterial resources as well as the organizative choices, care models, etc. Today few internationals studies have explored the use of HTA on nursing. Yet nursing plays a leading role in health care. How do you explain this?
Thanks Ramacciati for your question I think the fear of trying as in my country "Egypt" to do research come from new original idea none let you to do it as a nurse but you have to share your idea with medical doctor or any other disipline Ok I agree but also let me try to think & detect by myself.
i guess it is because most of the HIT used tend to only address the one cadre of health professionals and they are not nurses ( EMR, CPOE, CDSS), secondly nurses in most settings do not share in IT researches either as participants or researchers.
