Why is my Agar plates like this?

Good day, i incubated my agar plates in 24hr duration. And they came out like this. I repeated the a simple serial dillution procedures and agar plating protocols to do my experiment. And they keep on looking like this . My colonies looks like a smudge in the plate than being an actual dot of colonies.

Is this still susceptible for analysis ? or should i repeat the experiment again ?

The sample is a Prawn sample and the agar is a basic Nutrient Agar.
