Biodiversity is essential for the processes that support all life on Earth, including humans. Without a wide range of animals, plants and microorganisms, we cannot have the healthy ecosystems that we rely on to provide us with the air we breathe and the food we eat. And people also value nature of it. Ecosystem provides habitat to wild plants and animals. It promotes various food chains and food webs. It controls essential ecological processes and promotes lives and involved in the recycling of nutrients between biotic and abiotic components. Half of the planet's rainforests have already disappeared. The Amazon is still the most extensive rainforest on earth, but a disastrously large part of it is now in danger of disappearing for good. Our goal is to prevent that disaster.
