I prepared a synthetic waste water containing potassium dichromate. After preparation of the feed, a coagulant (PAC) was added. Then the resulting wastewater (after adjusting the pH to 7) was clarified using batch dissolved air flotation unit . The recycle pressure used is 3 bar. R/Q ratio is 1:1. The problem is a flooding happened in the flotation cell (1 L volumetric cylinder) , so  part of liquid  discharged from the cell. I tried to use large diameter pipe between the air saturator and the flotation cell but it was not succeeded.

Can any one help me to solve this problem.
