The comparison here is straight forward since all layers are the same except using silver layer instead of ito. As you get 0 efficiency in case of using Ag it is very probable that you get some shorts through the active layer. This is a common phenomenon with thin film organic semiconductor solar cells where the active layers may contain pinholes allowing the top metal to reach to the bottom metal.

You can detect easily the shorts by observing the dark characteristics of the device. You observe a large currents flowing near the point of the origin and even in very massive short circuits you can observe a linear i-v curve rather than a diode curve pointing out short-circuited structure.

Please display you dark characteristics to verify this prognoses.

I dont have dark characteristic result right now, I just measure IV curve under illumination. I will work for that. Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate..

You can get the dark I-V curve simply by shutting down the light source and performing the same type of measurement.

Even one can detect the shorts in the presence of light, you simply look at the i-v curve near the short V=0 you will find it inclined instead of being horizontal and flat of normal operation.
