Why GBAA_pXO1_0085 and other genes of pXo1 plasmid of Bacillus anthracis has been discontinued?

When I search this gene on NCBI, it showed discontinued on 9th feb. Can you explain the reason of discontinuation after so many years? Please see the attached link.
