How many of the Fortune Global 500 companies are in manufacturing industry and with research conducted before on CSR and SRM ? I'm having difficulty to be very sure of the number of manufacturing companies prior to moving into Fortune Global 500 companies only. Any suggestions are welcome.
As we are aware, different CSR researchers have different reasons for targeting Fortune Global 500 companies. Such reasons are usually mentioned in the relevant CSR research. I think researchers focus on these companies for CSR and other research due to the position that these companies have worldwide.

Fortune Global 500 companies are a brand by themselves. They often set trends in the business world therefore it is important to understand whether they are honouring the trust that society places on them. We have seen many well established companies exposed for their unethical activities. Research must find the veracity of what is available on their website about CSR activities.
