I simulated a millimetwr wave antenna using cst microwave studio and set a fiels monitor at 25 G Hz where i was getting S11 better than -26. I was surprised that when I simulated the same thing again the far field polar plots results were not the same. Why?
secondly can someone explain that why the substrate properties towards antenna radiation are not same at lower frequencies (say 10 G Hz ) and at higher frequencies (say 60 G Hz).

For your second question, substrate properties depends on the frequency. You need to know that the refrctive index of each substate includes a real and an imaginary part e.g. for FR4 at lower frequencies, the imaginary part is almost zero means it works fine at that frequencies as compared to higher frequencies like > 7-8 GHz. Same scenario holds for each substrate.
For your first question, plz check the substrate that you have used it might not be suitable for that frequency on which your are simulating your design.
It is necessary to adjust the frequency range of simulation and also the step of itteration
