Eg I would like to send a message to my father in the 1900s congratulating him on my own birth.

Explanations that merely deny reverse causality seem to me uncompelling because the nature of causality is itself controversial.

And it cannot be to do with paradoxes potentially created by sending information back into the past because the message might not contain any information - not even the date when it was sent.

Is the possibility ruiled out by the general relativity model? But that is ONLY a model.

So what is the explanation? Time's Arrow??
