Hello,

I recently am starting to do some research in neuroblastoma. In my study, I need to do some in vitro assay and started to culture some cell lines. Currently I have SK-N-BE(2) and SK-N-AS cell lines. SK-N-BE grows just fine but I am struggling with SK-N-AS. I cultured them under the same condition using high glucose DMEM manufactured by genedirex with 10% FBS. Can you share your experience with this cell line? thank you very much.
