I have a matlab program running correctly in the workspace but when I try to use the same program on the input data in the simulink using embedded matlab function, it's not showing any result or error!
Can you provide more information? Or just look for simple example how to use MATLAB function in SIMULINK.
Run this m file after uploading the input x1 to the workspace and see it will run and show result.
Then u run the model it doesn't show any result neither error!?

Your function takes signal from x1 variable line by line, so size(x2,1) is always equal 1.
Yes i noticed that... I tried to use buffer block but still the same problem, any suggestion to modify that please?
