I meant Electron Microscope is able to magnify and reach to smaller scale much more than optical microscope.
Agree with Vladimir Dusevich. Your question is the same as asking: "What is better, hammer or screw-driver?". It depends on the task you are facing.
If you are considering only resolution, then yes, electron microscope is better than light microscope.
If you mean resolution, the thing is electrons have much smaller wavelengths.
Electromagnetic wave of particular wavelength interacts only with objects of the same/bigger size. I think that it the point. Thus, the use of electrons allows us to distinguish smaller objects.
