Thanks Mr.Adil AL-Rammahi ...I have Gabor filter response of a retina image.after that why i need to use GLCM matrix..The main objective is to extract the features of an diabetic affected retina image.Can you please elaborate that information..thanks in advance

3. For classification of images or information obtained from GLCM (as you mentioned feature extraction)

4.Furthermore, build database for image retrieval /disease management for progression or otherwise(as is in your application)/ Validation etc
