The obvious answer is NO! But in countries were the profession has been reduced to a level where alot of unqualified people find their way into the university, alot of malpractices and unprofessional conducts are enshrined into the system. Here, such people without the requisite qualification and passion are wanting in many aspects of this Noble profession that is saddled with the responsibility of raising the next Future Leaders, scientists, doctors, lawyers, pharmacists, teachers. . to mention but a few.
However, lecturing is a time-demanding profession that requires due diligence, commitment, consistency, dedication, hardwork and high moral conduct.
