We use at TROMA (keratin 8) antibody to probe our immunoblots, and used to get nice images with only one band. However recently inconsistently the antibody will produce one or 2 bands very close to each other on the blot. We did not change the procedure, and probing the same blot with other antibodies produces expected results.
