I use Gamry reference 600+ and when i run Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (Potentiostatic EIS) using the bridge tube or luggin capillary, I end up in overload at the minimum frequencies and sometimes there is existence of bad values also.Also i have scattering of values in the beginning of higher frequencies. But when i use the reference electrode as such just dipping it inside the cell without the bridge tube or luggin capillary it gives me normal results. Can someone suggest me some remedies which can be used to fix this issue.

As I understand, the problem is related to the luggin capillary. You may have a bubble in this capillary, check that. Or the frit on the capillary is blocked. You could ckeck the potential (value and stability) of your reference electrode with or without the capillary vs a functional reference (control electrode).
Do you really need this luggin capillary? You can do your experiment without it and correct the potential afterwards with the resistance measured by EIS.

Maybe you could try to
1) replace the bridge tube (or capillary), or try to
2) test with a "pseudo-reference electrode, pRE" (Pt wire, or add a "2nd CE" electrode-material and test-use it as 3rd electrode, as if it was a (p)RE, etc.).
Try to avoid a too high impedance in your working electrode circuit (drying out, bubbles, etc.). You can also measure the impedance of your reference electrode (Gamry provides an additional script for this). You can also use a Faraday shield to minimize external electromagnetic interference.
I met this problem some years ago and I was able to reproduce the incident with a dummy cell. The reason is the too high impedance of the reference electrode. Avoid to use the salt bridge, use a shorter one or use a more conductive one. Same logic for the capillary luggin.
