Why Dirac point is shifted under dark condition?

I have a device where my light absorbing material is embed into a non conducting polymer PVDF. It shows shifting of Dirac point to -1 V rather than 0 V.

Why this phenomena observed. I have attached the screen shot of the I-V below.
